Business and Law Course
We offer a Business and Law course that is taught live at our facility for all candidates who are going to be the Qualifying Party for a contracting license. Business and law is required for all licenses and is fulfilled by taking an exam or by taking a 16 hour approved course.
Our approved course teaches many foundational principles of setting up and running a contracting business. We teach about statutes regarding the construction industry, tax liabilities, employer obligations, insurance and bonding, sales, bidding, estimating, and accounting principles. The instructor has been self employed for more than 30 years and has a wealth of experience to share. We answer questions and have great discussions. We have had many of our students offer extremely valuable information that adds to the learning experience.

Our Success Story
The New Mexico electrical exam is one of the toughest in the 50 states, but we have all the training and material you need to pass the test. Our instructor, John Governale, has been teaching exam prep for the last seven years. He holds a Master's license in 3 different states and is a certified New Mexico electrical inspector.
Our pass rate on the EE-98, the ES-3, the ER-1, and the EL-1 is 100%. Anyone who has signed up and paid for our courses gets full opportunity to use our study by computer and classroom live teaching until they have achieved their goal.

Every Tuesday and Thursday evening we have classes which focus on math, theory, and calculations. People who have struggled to pass the EE-98J and have been through other prep courses have spent a full week here and had success.
Our hours for the computer lab is Monday through Saturday , 9am~5pm. We are closed on Holidays.
One on one personal attention is given when the instructor is available and it is needed.
We also have study programs for Plumbers and HVAC. The MM-3/Journeyman Refrigeration program has a 100% pass rate with the most comprehensive computer based study found anywhere. John Governale holds and MM1, 3, & 4 and a Journeyman Plumber, Pipefitter, and Refrigeration certificates. He is helping people on a one on one basis as time will permit, but classes are not scheduled on a regular basis at this time.
